Hand Tied FZE Terms of Use

  1. “HAND TIED FZE” maintains the https://www.handtiedbox.com/ Website ("Site").
  2. “United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulates that the governing law is the local law.
  3. Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
  4. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
  5. Customers using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
  6. Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
  7. Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
  8. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
  9. You’ll either receive your deliveries from our hand-tied driver or a third-party courier service. We don’t guarantee delivery times, only the date, so if they’re not with you in the morning, hold tight, because they’ll be with you later that day, and they’ll be fine until the evening.

Refund Policy

Refunds/Redeliveries/Exchanges: If you're not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we'll do everything we can to make it right. This includes offering redelivery or a refund. A return will only be accepted after 3 days from delivery anything after will not be deemed fit for exchange or refund. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Cancellation Policy

Payment for the products shall be made by debit or credit card. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on your invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. An order may be invoiced separately. HAND TIED FZE has all the discretion to cancel or deny orders. HAND TIED FZE is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer by HAND TIED FZE and reserves the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship only within the UAE. Our weekly boxes are delivered on Sundays or Thursdays.
